Services Based in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to promote natural healing, relieve pain, and restore balance to the body's energy

Herbal Medicine

Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses natural herbs, minerals, and botanicals to restore balance and support the body's healing processes. Customized herbal formulas are designed to address specific health concerns, improve overall well-being, and harmonize the body's energy.

Cupping

Cupping is a traditional therapy that involves placing suction cups on the skin to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote healing.

Cupping is generally done as a part of an acupuncture session if it is deemed necessary for the patient.

ElectroAcupuncture

Electroacupuncture is a modern variation of traditional acupuncture that uses small electrical currents passed between pairs of acupuncture needles. This enhances the therapeutic effects, helping to reduce pain, improve circulation, and stimulate healing by promoting nerve and muscle activation.

Community Style Acupuncture Events

Community-style acupuncture is an accessible and welcoming approach to acupuncture treatments conducted in a group setting. Rather than private rooms, individuals receive acupuncture while seated comfortably alongside others, often in reclining chairs. This communal environment fosters a supportive and relaxing atmosphere, making acupuncture more affordable and approachable. Participants typically remain fully clothed, with treatments focusing on easily accessible points on the arms, legs, head, and ears. This model emphasizes affordability, community connection, and collective healing, breaking down barriers to holistic care.
